Vaikka huoneessa oli laajakaistayhteys ja langaton yhteys, oli niiden toiminta todella heikkoa ja huonekirjan ohjeissa virheellistä tietoa internetyhteyksien käytöstä. Kaapelista huolimatta ei yhteyttä aina saanut tai se oli erittäin hidas. Onneksi yhteys toimi business centerissä. |

The staff were vey pleasant and helpful. We arrived early on our first arrival date and they organised a room very quickly for us (2.5 hours ahead of the actual 12pm check-in time). They advised us to use a limousine service to go to the airport. It is 5 times (or more) more expensive than a standard taxi-meter (which are also air-conditioned and comfortable). I felt here that I someone was trying to take advantage of me which I do not generally like! |

Good location. Friendly staff. Old equipment in the room. 2 rooms communicate by a simple door that doesn't cover the noise. Therefore if you have noisy neighbours, it becomes very annoying |

Everything! Upgraded to a executive suite on arrival, great breakfast, free internet, free drinks and canapes at happy hour, brilliant staff, could not have asked for better! The only improvement could have been a larger outside space with a sun terrace. |

Amazing how many staff are serving you so friendly. A little bit disappointing was the fact that the reception couldn't help me when I was asking for some aspirins.....They let me go back to my room with my headache........ |
